Together, we raised $67,500 toward our final goal of $70,000, an incredible show of collective support for Global Village Connect’s ongoing mission to break the cycle of poverty through education and opportunity.
A journey through Uganda
The night was filled with warm laughter, friendly bidding wars, a heartfelt paddle raise, and a safari style journey through Uganda that truly brought our partner communities to life.
Whether you joined us in person, placed bids on silent auction items, donated directly during the paddle raise, or volunteered your time to make the event run smoothly, your participation made all the difference.
Direct impact on families
The funds raised during the gala will go directly toward supporting our programs on the ground. Because of your generous support:
- More students will receive boarding school and secondary scholarships to secure their education.
- More cooperative women will receive community development training and seed funding to launch micro enterprises.
- More local families will gain sustainable access to nutritious food, water, and resources to thrive.
